3. Payments

4. Intellectual Property
- Content created by PulseM remains our property until full payment is received.
- After payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
- We aim to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, revenue increases).
- PulseM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will still apply.
